In the whole production process, robots are used for coring, core assembling, dip-coating, and core setting to improve the dimensional accuracy of thin-wall castings. MAGMA casting simulation software is used to simulate and optimize the casting process, improve the pouring system, increase the temperature of the cover box surface, etc., and no porosity or shrinkage cavity defects appear in the production of castings.
