Process characteristics:The side casting process of 1 box for 4 pieces is adopted, with high production efficiency and process yield. At the same time, the process features many hot spots in the product structure, thin and small local sand cores, and a strong tendency of sintering. With a reasonable casting system, a vent and overflow system, and a relatively low casting temperature, such quality problems as casting sintering and porosity are solved. With robotized coring, core assembling, dip coating and core setting completed in one process, the whole line has a high degree of automation and high dimensional accuracy.
