It is equipped with digital intelligent local and remote monitoring instruments and an integral cast iron fresh water cooling jacket exhaust pipe, ensuring lower cabin temperature and safer use. Its integral crankcase, rear gear chamber, and advanced point-line meshing gear technology make its noise lower and offer its customers greater comfort than similar domestic products.

2. Fuel and money saving

The optimized fuel injection pump makes its fuel consumption index far superior to that of domestic products at the same power level. The application of the four-valve technology ensures substantially increased flow area of intake and exhaust, and the central fuel injector enables more uniform atomization and more complete combustion. The valve oil seal is added using Yuchai's proprietary piston ring seal and valve oil seal technologies, making the consumption of lubricating oil above 50% less than that of domestic products at the same power level.

3. Reliability and durability

Following the demanding specifications for mechanical development verification, all products have been subject to more than ten verifications during R&D, such as deep thermal shock tests, high-temperature and alpine-cold tests, and crankshaft fatigue tests. The maximum torque of external characteristics reaches 2,150 N·m. The product is developed reliably using European technology and in-depth and generalized mechanical development procedures, enabling an overhaul period of the engine of over 12,000 hours.
